Regional Recovery program
These services are for youth and adults with disabilities who are either at risk of using alcohol/drugs or have had a long standing problem with substances. Services are funded through CA-Regional Centers not medi-cal or private insurance.
Assessment
Our trained and experienced counselors gather important information needed to create an Individual Service Plan (ISP) or treatment plan that is tailored to meet the specific needs of the client that may include other problems such as anger or support system deficits.
Community-based Counseling
Individual sessions range anywhere from 1-7x week and take place in the clients residence, our local office, or in a preferred safe community location. Services are available both in person or via telehealth.
Care Coordination
Our team of experienced counselors help to support the recovery needs of individuals and can provide links to local disability and recovery resources to help clients engage in positive activities, maintain wellbeing, and reduce risks of future alcohol or drug use problems.
